Pleasant

The staff was helpful, tried to communicate in English. The bathtub was huge - ended up using it so many times! The bus driver’s really nice.

The hotel was slightly difficult to find. It took a while for us to find it. You can book for a free shuttle bus in advance. The room’s wall is not really soundproof. I can hear the music outside so I had some issue with sleeping. The food’s simple but needs to be taken care of...?

The location was quite nice and comfy.

The location was quite nice and comfy. The hot spring bath was really big.

There is a lot to improve regarding cleanliness and facilities. The room was quite outdated, need renovation badly! The showerhead was leaking badly. It seemed no soundproofing at all, you could hear what’s happening on the ground floor.

Great stay , keep it up !

Staff are friendly , especially the driver of the shuttle ! Bed is comfortable, hot tub is great . Overall is good but the hotel is getting aged , needs some maintenance to keep it up.

Quite far to walk from Beitou station if you are back late (after the shuttle service operation hrs)

Ho Feng Resort

The hotel service was excellent. The staff were all very accommodating. We also love the breakfast. Our rooms were very spacious and we really enjoyed the private bath. Will probably come back during one of the cooler months in Taipei :)

The aircon in our room was not cool enough

It was a short stop but a very delightful accomodation.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me. The shuttle bus driver waited for me at the metro station even after it passed his "work hours".

What was the highlight of MATA Hofeng Resort

Great spa town hotel

Loved the breakfast and hot spring water bathtub. Location was great in Beitou and there was a shuttle bus to Beitou MTR station with easy access to Taipei.

The hotel needs some renovation, particularly the door frame of our room. Shuttle bus only runs until 9:30 pm and is complicated for international travelers without a phone that works in Taiwan.

Excellent and relaxing experience

Customer service is excellent,friendly and very polite. I requested for a room that is accessible for elderly and I got it next to the lift. Have free shuttle service to Beitou met station

Breakfast is nice, will prefer more variety. If this resort have gym and sauna facilities will be perfect. Example out of 10 staff, 1staff is not very polite, I think morning crew can be more lively and maybe more smile on their face are my suggestions. Overall experience is good.

Friendly staffs but a bit ex for the room.

Staffs are extremely accommodating and polite. The shuttle to MRT was very convenient. Hot spring bath was very relaxing. Walking distance to attractions.

The room is very spacious but old and the bathroom need some work. Breakfast can be better.

Well worth the visit.

The staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Having access to the shuttle bus to collect and drop you at the train station is a valuable service as the hotel is up a steep steep hill. You can pre arrange and they will pick you up . The size of the bedroom was nice and spacious and the bed very comfortable

The hot springs spa bath in the room is very relaxing but the spa jets weren't working.

Hotel management need to do renovation for the entire hotel.

staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel property & rooms are quite old. Above 5 floors have to walk up by the stairs. Not convenience during check-out, have to carry our luggage down.
